All sales are final

Contact the Coach sells digital recruiting files that are delivered instantly. Because the full contents are accessible immediately upon delivery, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been delivered.

Before you buy

Every package page includes a sample preview and the number of verified programs in that file so you know exactly what you are getting. Please review the preview before purchasing.

Billing problems

If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a charge for a file you never received — contact us at support@contactthecoach.com and we will make it right.

Data accuracy

Coaching staffs change frequently, and our files are provided “as is.” An out-of-date contact is not grounds for a refund, but we welcome corrections so we can keep the data current for everyone.
