Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Contact the Coach (the “Service”), operated by Contact the Coach (“we,” “us”). By using the Service or purchasing a recruiting file, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What we provide

Contact the Coach sells downloadable recruiting files containing college athletics staff contact information, program difficulty estimates, and recruiting-questionnaire links, organized by sport, gender, and competition level. This information is compiled from publicly available sources, primarily official college athletic department websites and staff directories.

2. License and acceptable use

When you purchase a file, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use its contents for your own athletic-recruiting purposes. You agree that you will not:

• resell, redistribute, republish, sublicense, or share the files or their contents;
• use the contact information for bulk marketing, advertising, solicitation unrelated to your own recruitment, or any purpose that violates applicable anti-spam laws (including the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act);
• scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service;
• use the Service for any unlawful, harassing, or abusive purpose.

3. No guarantee of results

Contact the Coach is an information product. We do not guarantee that contacting any coach will result in a reply, a roster spot, a scholarship, admission, or any other outcome. Program difficulty ratings are estimates for general guidance only.

4. Accuracy — provided “as is”

Coaching staffs and their contact details change frequently. While we work to keep our data current, we do not warrant that all information is accurate, complete, or up to date. The files are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

5. Payment and refunds

Prices are shown at checkout. Because our files are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once a file has been delivered. See our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its compilation, organization, ratings, and presentation of data, is our intellectual property and is protected by applicable laws. Your license under Section 2 does not transfer any ownership rights.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the file at issue.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
